PROSCIUTTO AND EMMENTAL PIZZA

If you want to make a great pizza, you should never choose low quality toppings. We’ve chosen the best for this pizza: prosciutto, Emmental, mozzarella and spinach. We’ve also prepared a special sauce to top everything off, one that we really think you should try out.


Steps


1-Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the tomato sauce. Bring it to a boil and reduce the heat. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

2--Add oyster sauce, and soy sauce, then stir.

3-Add the chives, stir again, and cook the sauce for 1-2 minutes, until it thickens.

4-Preheat the oven to 430°F/220°C.

5-Dust your working space with flour. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.

6-Level it with a rolling pin until thin.

7-Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the dough on top.

8-Evenly spread the sauce you’ve made over the surface of the dough.

9-Top it with baby spinach, Emmental, red bell pepper, prosciutto, and mozzarella.

10-Slide the tray into the oven and bake it for the next 15 minutes.

11-Serve it topped with some spring onion.
