Joes Crab Shack Crab Cakes

If you are looking for a nice side dish for an amazing fish meal, you should definitely try this Joe’s crab shack! It’s amazing!

You’ll Need:

• 5 egg yolks.
• 2 tbsps of worcestershire sauce.
• ⅔ cup of mayonnaise.
• 2 tsps of lemon juice.
• 2 tsps of black pepper.
• 2 tsps of dijon mustard.
• ¼ tsp of blackening seasoning.
• ¼ tsp of crushed red pepper flakes.
• ¼ tsp of salt.
• 2 ½ cups of breadcrumbs.
• 2 lbs of crab meat.
• ½ cup of chopped and crushed parsley.

How to:

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined then make into 4 oz patties.

Place some flour in a large bowl and coat the patties then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
